Director of Educators Network
The Director of Educators Network is responsible for the operation of TAF’s Educators Network focused
on promoting racial equity in public schools through the development and expansion of the Martinez Fellowship Program and Network for EdWork.

This role will ensure that both programs are chronicled and packaged in such a way that they can be scaled throughout Washington State to ensure the retention and development of teachers and leaders of color in Washington State. Learn more.

Data Analyst Manager
The Data Analyst Manager oversees the development and use of data systems and determines efficient ways to organize, store, and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality. They have a strong understanding of databases, and data analysis procedures towards the goal of ensuring that information is collected timely and securely to, from and within the organization. Grant Writer
The Grant Writer is an integral member of the TAF team, responsible for developing winning grant proposals submitted to foundations in the private, corporate sectors as well as to city, state, and federal sources of funding for TAF programs and operations. Learn more.

STEMbyTAF Instructional Coach
The STEMbyTAF Instructional Coach provides a broad range of instructional support to teachers at STEMbyTAF Transformation schools, responsible for building the capacities of teachers’ understanding of STEMbyTAF principles of equity in education, interdisciplinary project-based learning, STEM integration, education technology, and college and career readiness.
