Director of Educators Network
The Director of Educators Network is responsible for the operation of TAF’s Educators Network focused
on promoting racial equity in public schools through the development and expansion of the Martinez Fellowship Program and Network for EdWork.

This role will ensure that both programs are chronicled and packaged in such a way that they can be scaled throughout Washington State to ensure the retention and development of teachers and leaders of color in Washington State. Learn more.


Martinez Fellowship Senior Program Manager
The Martinez Fellowship Program Manager position reports directly to TAF’s Director of Education and works with university partners, school districts and educational leaders to coordinate and facilitate support programs and experiences on behalf of TAF’s Martinez Fellowship Program. This mission of the Martinez Fellowship program is to improve teacher diversity and the retention of teachers of color in Washington State. Learn more.

Technology Program Manager
The Technology Program Manager role is multifaceted with approximately 85% to support education-related technology projects and 15% supporting operations-related technology support. They are responsible for supporting existing and new projects that improve the computing environment, planning and professional development for TAF and transformation schools.

Data Analyst Manager
The Data Analyst Manager oversees the development and use of data systems and determines efficient ways to organize, store, and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality. They have a strong understanding of databases, and data analysis procedures towards the goal of ensuring that information is collected timely and securely to, from and within the organization.
