We are committed to connecting, developing, and empowering anti-racist leaders in education.
The Ally Engagement Program supports white leaders in redefining how they create and sustain truly equitable learning environments. We work with leaders in K-12 schools, districts, and universities, offering actionable strategies to transform their institutions into anti-racist, anti-oppressive spaces that are responsive to BIPOC leaders, educators, and students.
Our programming is built on disrupting, dismantling, and replacing institutionalized oppressive and supremacist values and practices. We provide dedicated space and guidance for white leaders to challenge themselves and reimagine the systems they lead.
Why this Matters:
Teachers and educational leaders remain disproportionately white. Students of color deserve to see themselves represented in education, while educators and leaders of color deserve to work in environments that value and center their identities and experiences.

How Do WeAddress This?
Through the Liberation Pedagogy™ framework, our program blends “headwork,” “heartwork,” and “community” centered learning, empowering leaders and educators to chart their own path for growth and change.
Headwork
Professional development centered around anti-oppressive and antiracist practices as leaders in education.
Heartwork
The deeper inner work of healing from trauma and undoing inherited oppressive beliefs, practices, and ideology. We prioritize mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
Community
Consistently engaging, reflecting, and sharing in community with others.

Affinity Salons
These spaces are an opportunity for leaders who have attended our Liberatory Leadership Series to engage in community to share, reflect, and strategize around education for liberation.
