Community is at the heart of TAF. Our coaches work side-by-side with teachers--planning student-centered lessons, co-creating classroom culture, and helping them reconnect with their "why".

When teachers have the support and tools to help them shine, students can thrive. They can learn by doing, not memorizing for state testing. Through your support, our STEMbyTAF model can help students focus on solving real-world problems that connect to their lives and communities, centering them and deepdning their learnign in the process. This is possible because coaches help distribute the workload of lesson plannign and execution across the classroom community, easing the pressure on teachers. With added support from community partners and TAF coaches, engaging, inclusive, identity-affirming classrooms where all students can thrive are made possible.
