Mariners Night Was A Hit!

On July 15th, #TeamTAF gathered at Safeco Field to support our Martinez Fellows and our goal to increase and support teacher diversity within Washington State. The beginning of the night started at Edgar’s Cantina where we gathered with Holli Martinez to share a shot, chat, and commune with one another. Once the game started, we all found our seats together and shared many exclamations as the Mariner’s tried their best to defeat the Houston Astros.

Even though the Mariner’s didn’t take home a win, TAF won that night. We were able to witness what it looks like when many come together for one cause, and on that evening, we stood for diversity, equity, and education.
