As the first in-person school year since 2019, this was a year of upheaval and regrowth. Within the TAF network, students, teachers, and administrators alike adjusted to a new normal. It was a welcome but sometimes challenging return filled with classroom distractions and evolving protocols. Yet, it was also a beautiful homecoming to conversation between lessons, routine, and shared laughter.
Here are just a few highlights from the past year:
After 3 years with TAF, 65% more students at Roosevelt Elementary consider their school a safe space
TAF@Saghalie seniors celebrated an with an in-person graduation, and had an on-time graduation rate of 100%
TAF’s Network for EdWork relaunched the Education Encounter program with 8 BIPOC leaders in education, and started a new partnership with the Association of Washington School Principals
